2. Services Provided

The Company offers professional book publishing services, which may include but are not limited to, cover design, book printing, editing, printing, and other written materials as requested by the Client. All services will be tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of the Client.

3. Payment Terms

A. Fees: The fees for the book publishing services will be outlined in the initial proposal provided to the Client. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing based on the complexity and length of the project.

B. Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit is required before the commencement of any project. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project or as specified in the payment schedule.

C.Methods of Payment: The Company accepts payments through various methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund to our clients. If refunds are processed, it will take 10 working days. There are some conditions on which the refund policy is not applicable. The conditions are: Late delivery of the project due to technical issues Delay from the client’s side If the word count is low

7. Confidentiality

The Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the Client’s information. All materials shared with the Company will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client's consent.

8. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, feedback, and materials required for the successful completion of the project. Failure to provide timely responses may delay the project timeline.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services.

11. Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise from these Terms and Conditions or the services provided, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through mediation or arbitration following the laws.

12. Alterations to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services will signify acceptance of the new terms.
